our process are:
- PMG Global recruiters meet with your project team to understand
the requirement in great detail. Key issues covered during this
fact finding mission are Business Domain experience, Project phase,
Software and Hardware platform, Tools unique to the project, Interfaces
to other enterprise applications and databases, Timelines, Budget
factors, and soft skills like Interpersonal and Communication
skills requirement.
- Once we have a thorough understanding of the requirement, our
recruiters' first tap into our large network and also search all
online databases for the right match. One of our strengths is
our ability to network extensively and also poach the right candidate
wherever necessary from another company in the same field.
- Once the right candidates are short listed, our recruiter administer
extensive technical tests and also psychologically profile the
